At ARCADIS, we understand that changes in infrastructure or land development can have repercussions in the environment for decades to come. Our approach is to provide Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED®) consulting services to our clients. In addition, we have a long history of providing commissioning and commissioning oversight services on numerous projects, including many that are seeking or have successfully sought LEED certification.

Utilizing this comprehensive environmental expertise, ARCADIS has acquired significant experience in managing LEED-certified projects, as well as projects that don’t gain official certification but that nevertheless incorporate sustainable design features that pay off for both the client and the community. We have a deep appreciation for the level of effort and overall commitment required to achieve LEED certification and, more importantly, the sustainability goals of the project.

ARCADIS employs more than 150 experienced LEED Accredited Professionals who have successfully managed LEED projects for a variety of clients, including the Los Angeles Community College District, County of San Diego, Port of Long Beach, and the City of Apache Junction, Arizona, among numerous others. In fact, ARCADIS has completed more than 30 LEED-certified projects with more than 60 additional projects currently pending LEED certification — and these represent but a fraction of our overall experience in providing sustainability services.
