Serving in an advisory capacity to the owner, ARCADIS' construction management services ensure timely and cost effective work completion.
During pre-construction, ARCADIS can provide third party cost estimating, value engineering, and constructability review services. As the project progresses through design, we assist in the development and administration of bidding, and provide recommendations on the best suited contractor or contractors for the job. Our role during construction is to facilitate site logistics, manage the contractors and other site-based personnel, report on project progress, and ensure the project progresses smoothly and according to the schedule and contract documents. It is also our practice and responsibility to maintain site safety through the enforcement of strict safety processes and programs. ARCADIS' job is complete once all punch-list items have been properly addressed, all systems and equipment thoroughly inspected and tested, the user group comfortably settled, and all project-related documentation turned-over.
